LoyalTrak is an Ohio based software company. We build focused tools for small service businesses — the kind of businesses that live and die by repeat customers, where relationships matter more than algorithms, and where the owner is usually also the one unlocking the door in the morning.

The idea behind LoyalTrak is simple: prepaid visit passes are one of the most effective tools a service business can offer, but most platforms that support them are built for large fitness chains, require expensive monthly plans, take a percentage of every sale, or demand that your customers download yet another app. We thought small businesses deserved something better.

So we built a platform that lets any service business — a yoga studio, a dog daycare, a golf simulator, a coffee shop, a nail salon, a car wash — sell passes online, track every visit, and give customers a simple QR code link that works in their browser without an app. Setup takes less than 30 minutes. Creating a new pass type takes under a minute. Redeeming a visit takes seconds. That's the whole idea.
