What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter gives you everything you need to sell and track passes — up to 3 pass types. Pro adds unlimited pass types, scheduled sale start and end dates, limited quantity pass types, a branded sales page with your logo, and reporting with CSV export.
What are limited quantity pass types?
Pro lets you cap how many of a pass type can be sold — useful for seasonal specials, workshop bundles, or any offer where spots are limited. When the quantity sells out, the pass is automatically removed from your shop.
What happens after my LoyalPak 90 days?
Your selling window closes — no new passes can be purchased. But all existing passes remain fully active and customers can continue redeeming their credits until each pass expires. You can upgrade to a monthly plan anytime.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers get a unique link by email. They open it on any phone browser to see their balance and QR code. No app, no login, no friction.
